Write to info@meetronda.com. We usually reply within two business days. To speed things up, please include:

• iPhone model and iOS version (Settings › General › About).
• Ronda version (shown in Settings › About inside the app).
• A description of what happens and, if possible, the steps to reproduce it or a screenshot.

Before writing, you may find the answer in the frequently asked questions.

• Premium is not active after buying it: open Ronda › Settings › Restore Purchases (also available on the Premium screen) on an iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
• New iPhone: Premium is tied to your Apple Account; install the app on an iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases. Restoring also turns on iCloud sync, so the data you had synced comes back.
• Refunds: purchases are handled through the App Store. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Ecommerce Business Intelligence, S.L. cannot issue refunds directly.

• Your subscriptions are stored only on your iPhone and, if Premium iCloud sync is on (it turns on when you buy or restore Premium), in your private iCloud. There is no account, and we cannot view or recover them for you.
• To delete everything, remove the subscriptions in the app (deleting a subscription also deletes its payments) or uninstall it. If you used iCloud, also delete the Ronda data under iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage.
• To exercise your data-protection rights, see the Privacy policy.

Reminders are off by default for each subscription: to receive them, turn on Notifications when adding or editing the subscription and choose how many days before (1 to 7); they arrive at 9:00 local time. If you still get none, check that Enable Notifications is on in Ronda › Settings and that notifications for Ronda are allowed under iOS Settings › Notifications. Paused subscriptions and payments already marked as paid do not trigger reminders.
